The ADO bus station is just a stone's throw from the hotel. The hotel facilities were great and kept looked super fresh. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel location is very convenient for travelers who use the ADO bus station. As the hotel is on a main avenue, it can be a bit noisy, but all necessary facilities are easily accessible. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance was clean and well-maintained. the room was comfortable and provided all necessary amenities. the breakfast was delicious, with several options to choose from.
The TV signal in the room was poor, which made watching it difficult.

The hotel is in a great location near top attractions and the facilities are well-maintained. the staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, a nice surprise was the inclusion of an American breakfast in the price of the room.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. We loved the beautiful decoration and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their American breakfast options were superb and we especially enjoyed the delicious vegetarian options. The hotel's location was perfect for us, just a short distance from some of the main attractions in the city. The cleanliness of the facilities was also impressive, making our stay even more pleasant.
Although the hotel was situated on a main avenue, the downside was that the noise from the traffic can be heard in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep at times. Additionally, the TV reception in our room was poor. However, the staff offered to fix it and promptly resolved the issue. Despite these minor issues, our stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable and we would highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay during their visit to the city.
